Character Set consists of individual irons, with multiple
characters per iron. The first brander has the numbers one, two
& three; the second has the numbers four, five & six; the third
has the numbers seven, eight & zero. By inverting the six the
number nine can be made. All numbers on the brander are hot at
the same time and are offset so each can be applied separately.
Also available with letters (ABC, DEF, GHI, etc.).
Available in a Horizontal or Vertical orientation.

Universal
Electric Brands

The Semi-Universal Brander has a half circle and a two and
one half inch bar. Almost any number or letter can be made
with a series of applications.
The Universal Brander is the same as the Semi-Universal Brander
with the exception of having an added four inch bar. This
added feature will speed up the branding operation on some
numbering and custom brands. |

Electric
Dehorners
(add $15.00 for 220v) |
|
|
Decrease injury in your cattle herd by
dehorning when they are young. Place the dehorner over the horn
and rotate to make certain the high temperature is applied to
all horn cells at the base of the horn. In four to six weeks the
horn button will drop off leaving a smooth, well healed area. No
loss of blood or severe shock during or after dehorning. |

Unit is equipped with a 1/2" steel handle with the dehorning
end made of extra hard aluminum bronze. To accommodate
various size horns these are available in 5/8", 3/4", 7/8",
1" and 1-1/4" I.D. holes. Handle available in 24" or 36"
length. Specify handle length and hole size of dehorner.

non-corrosive copper alloy and have a 1/4" flat face. They
produce a good clear brand because the unit is vented at
intersecting points to prevent blotching. They are also equipped
with a heavy-duty,

32" long. As copper alloy has a lower melting point than
steel, caution should be used when heating these irons.
Particular caution should be used when using propane branding
iron heaters. These branders will not turn red as steel
irons, but will retain its natural dull copper color when hot.
